Heart Rate Variability (HRV) analysis provides insights to help you quantify stress, better balance training and lifestyle, and improve performance.
Non-intrusive daily readings are done via an app while you are chilling at home, in bed, or wherever you are.


Our team will analyse your HRV metrics on a daily basis, which helps us to build better training plans for you, personalized to your individual and unique response to (training) stress.

We offer HRV monitoring and analysis service as a bundled with coaching and training option, or as a standalone service.

Please note: Heart rate variability monitoring is a measurement of stress, and applies to any individual who wants to have deeper insight into daily stress, whether from a lifestyle, professional, or sports performance perspective.
